Goya contains a lot of vitamin C which can reduce summer fatigue.

First recipe is goya chanpru,

Ingredients are sliced goya, tofu,egg, dried bonito, oil, pepper.

Second one is goya juice which is mixed with carbonated water and goya in a blender.

Last is goya salad, which is can tuna and very thinly sliced goya.
