マラソンにランニングハイがあるように、一見して何が修行僧のような苦しみをと思うようなことを楽しんでいる人たちがいる。すべて、その境地にいたるのは“perseverance”だというテーマのスピーチでした。
“How important it is to have confidence in your ability!” (Yo. Narisawaさん)
来日したトランプ大統領夫妻との会話をすべて通訳なしでもてなして、国内外のメディアで絶賛されたEmpress Masakoなど自信にあふれた人の振る舞いを例に自信を持つことの大切さをスピーチされました。
“Futuristic life” (Yamazaki)
人里離れた愛媛の山奥で暮らしながら、東京にある会社の社長でもある40代の男性は、現代テクノロジーを享受しながら自然を満喫。彼が口にした“Futuristic life”をスピーチしました。
